Deposit:

50% Deposit is required at the time of booking.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Although we understand that unexpected events can arise, unfortunately if you cancel we may have to charge you.
Your deposit is refundable if cancellation is received 7 days prior to arrival.
Less than 7 days Non Refundable unless an alternative booking is taken.

 

Smoking:

We are an adult retreat with a non smoking policy.

 

Pets:

We do not allow pets.

 

Special Packages:

Specials are not available on public holiday weekends

 

Minimum Bookings: 

Minimum 3 night booking is required for Public holiday weekends.

Minimum 2 night booking is required for Balingup Small Farm Field Day and the Medieval Carnival.
